CS Alumnus Alireza Davoodi's App Won Novartis Challenge

CS Alumnus Alireza Davoodi's mobile health company, Curatio, is the winner of Novartis' Global Health 2.0 Competition.  Curatio created an innovative health care mobile app, ThaliMe, to help Thalassemia patients get real time support their from families and treatment teams. 

According to Alireza, who is the CTO and co-founder of Curatio, “Thalassemia is a complex and difficult disease to manage. We worked closely with people living with this condition to develop a unique technical approach that eases the daily demands of disease management within a supportive social mobile environment.”
