We are looking for a Systems Developer (Salesforce) to join our Vancouver-based Information Systems team. As a passionate team of system analysts and developers, we are faced with complex problems that are ideally solved with technology. Applying technology to support and manage a variety of business application systems as well as systems hardware infrastructure is critical to our firm's continued success. What You Will Do

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business applications, as well as owning the entire systems development life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Gather, review, and analyze business requirements
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Design, code and implement Salesforce applications
  • Perform integration of systems to Salesforce (both third party and in house)
  • Test and support user acceptance testing
  • Writing documents and provide technical training on Salesforce to staff

What You Bring

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience with Salesforce.  You have worked on multiple Financial Service Cloud implementations and have a strong understanding of KYC/Onboarding concepts.  You have an understanding of Institutional Wealth & Asset Management concepts.
  • Knowledge: You have an Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or similar. Experience working in an institutional investment firm is an asset.  You have multiple Salesforce certifications (FSC Accredited Professional and Application Architect are preferred).
  • Tech Savvy: You are proficient with Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Flows and/or OmniStudio, Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Controls, SOQOL, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce. Experience with .NET, C# and MS SQL is an asset.  You have knowledge and experience with industry standard design & architecture patterns. You have a passion about technology, learning new languages, and concepts.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 – 160,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
