Interested in learning Windows 8 app development? We can help you by detailing the process of installing Windows 8 on a variety of computer setups (even Macs!) as well as setting up your development environments.
We will cover:
- Installing Windows 8
- Installing the Windows 8 SDK
- Come up with an app idea
- Pick a programming language
- Create a Windows Store account
We will also provide the following:
- DVDs for installing the 32 bit and 64 bit Windows 8 trial
- USB keys with SDK and application templates
- Cards with Dreamspark codes for students that don't have access
Of course, free pizza will be provided as well as some give-away prizes!
