An interesting story:
As the portfolio competition was going on, I was looking for someone with web-design experience to help out with the FindOut project. I saw Shirley Ho's e-portfolio when voting, and contacted her to see if she would do some contract work. Now I have hired her for the project! I don't think I would have found a UBC student with her abilities without the competition!"
