Position Overview

Clause Technology is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of automation software and coordinate strategic engagements with industry and academic partners. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, aligning technical execution with business strategy, and ensuring effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Product Strategy

• Lead the full development lifecycle of software products, ensuring strategic and market alignment

• Define product roadmaps and coordinate development teams using Agile frameworks

• Oversee backlog prioritization, feature scoping, and sprint planning

• Drive product enhancements with data-driven insights and performance metrics

• Translate user needs into technically viable product features

Strategic Partnerships & Industry Engagement

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and guide product strategy

• Serve as the main liaison with industry and academic partners for technical development collaboration

Project Coordination & Sprint Management

• Manage sprint planning for both short- and long-term product development

• Define and maintain sprint documentation standards and protocols

• Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, UX, and business teams

• Monitor deliverables, technical performance, and technical debt

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, automation, or data-driven software

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmapping tools

• Ability to assess technical feasibility of infrastructure and feature development

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in startup environments is an asset

• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
