Gail Murphy Named 2010 ACM Distinguished Member


CS Prof Dr. Gail Murphy

Dr. Murphy's research and teaching area of expertise is software engineering.

As part of the Software Practices Laboratory, her research focuses on developing methods and tools to help software developers manage, evolve and collaborate on the structure of the systems they are developing at design time and in source code.

This information may also be communicated to radio station CKNW 980 by 6:00 a.m.  Faculty and students should use these resources to determine if classes are running.

Emergency Disaster Kits

Plan for 72 hours

The department maintains a small number of flash lights, first aid kits, and blankets on hand for emergencies. We do not store water or food in case of longer emergencies. It is recommended that building occupants make personal emergency disaster kits to last for 72 hours.
