Releasing ground truth for Phototourism and PragueParks test set

We have released groud truth test set used for the 2021 challenge, and the evaluation server has been closed. You are welcome to download the ground turth and evaluate your methods using our evlauation code.

Although the evaluation server is closed, you are still encouraged to submit the processed results to our upload server. We will add your results onto the leaderboard.
