Introducing the 2021 Challenge
We are pleased to announce the third edition of the Image Matching Challenge, which introduces two new datasets. In addition to the "Phototourism" dataset, used in the previous two editions, we have added the "PragueParks" dataset and the "GoogleUrban" dataset. Please refer to the data page for details and examples. We have removed the "small" and "large" descriptors categories, as they did not attract much attention. The "restricted" and "unlimited" categories remain (up to 2048 and 8000 keypoints per image, respectively). Methods are evaluated separately across all datasets and tasks, and averaged as the mean rank. The submission format has changed slightly. Please refer to the submit page for details.
