The WC zone features Althea Ceramica's distinctive Hera WC, connected to an in-wall water tank and equipped with a water-saving European dual-flush mechanism. This sculptural piece also serves as a seat or for towel storage when the lid is closed. Set into the wall above are two brightly coloured, square niches which are illuminated by dimmable halogen lights to create bold visual accents. These are mirrored by a set of three square windows on the opposite wall; using smart glass, these are automatically switched from a completely transparent state that allows the coloured niches and the WC to be seen from the adjoining hallway to an opaque state that provides privacy while still allowing for ambient light to enter the space as the bathroom door is closed.

The vanity zone features a custom-built cabinet with three soft-glide, full extension drawers and custom storage for tissue and towel rolls. A solid slate counter supports a solid surface white vessel sink by Decotec, fed by a Dornbracht faucet. The custom-designed magical mirror has a built-in, high-resolution, computer-controlled LED display used for a range of unique visual art installations; its residual heat also prevents the mirror from misting over. Dual custom-designed, dimmable LED light channels on the side of the mirror provide highly functional, even and energy-efficient illumination.
