Partners/spouses are invited to dinner at a cost of $50 CAD.

On-site registration: Note that the online registration will close on Thursday, October 11. However, a cash-only (CAD or USD) on-site registration on the day of the event will be available. Exact change will be necessary.

			Registration plus dinner: $80 CAD ($65 USD)
	Graduate students:		Registration only: $20 CAD ($15 USD)
			Registration plus dinner: $45 CAD ($35 USD)

 

Cancellation policy: The registration and dinner fee are non-refundable.
