---+ Teaching Dicussion What is your reaction to new online classes?
See http://www.ai-class.com/ Also see the twitter feed if you're interested in following this saga. http://twitter.com/aiclass
How will students (and the world) view the credentials obtained from this kind of course? How could video lectures be combined with project-based learning? -- Main.MichielVanDePanne - 03 Aug 2011 What is a good forum for online dicussion among faculty? Choices include this wiki (workable but cumbersom), Google+, UBC Blogs, etc. Or to do no online discussion at all. -- Main.MichielVanDePanne - 03 Aug 2011 This is not a good forum for discussion. I don't anticipate checking back. I'd prefer opt-in email discussions. -- Main.KevinLeytonBrown - 06 Aug 2011 yes, this is a (now dead) experiment. But surely we can do better than an email discussion? The problem with email is that there are no convenient mechanisms for opting in or out. -- Main.MichielVanDePanne - 24 Aug 2011 %COMMENT{type="threadmode"}% -- Main.MichielVanDePanne - 03 Aug 2011
