Peer Data Management Systems

For this class we'll be reading about Peer Data Management Systems, a topic that shows different metadata needs. We'll be reading one paper:

Don't worry about the details of the definitions. The point is to follow the overall plan. Skip/skim Section III, and skip Appendix I entirely (we'll cover composition later).
