An early prototype of the Control-Flow Breakpoint Debugger can be downloaded from here. The zip file contains two Eclipse projects. Run both as Eclipse plugins (substituting the original Eclipse JDT Debugger plugins). The prototype is known to work with version 3.1.1 of Eclipse. The AOSD 2007 paper is also available here.
