Embodied Group Connections: ESSbots (Emotionally Supportive Swarms)

EssBots focuses on the development of an emotional support robot swarm designed using participatory design with teenagers. This project has collaborators with expertise in adolescent development, and aims to create an embodied form of communication that can help teens feel more connected to those in their social group, even when they are physically isolated.
