It has been over 4 years since the last Coffee UDLS so it is about time we revisit the topic. Inspired by previous talks I will be talking about the Biology, History, and Preparation of Coffee. If I get my beans in time, we will even have a tasting to compare the various methods of making coffee. (Don't worry about sleep, it'll be decaf.)
