Yeah, I’m calling you a novice. We are all novices. I’ve been reading and thinking about strength training for a while now (and also doing some), and I wanted to share what I’ve learned with you.
Whether you’re training for a specific sport, looking to improve general fitness, or just interested in strength for strength’s sake, come learn about how to train in a way that is efficient, can produce steady results for several months, and has worked for a lot of people.
The basis of the presentation will be Mark Rippetoe’s “Starting Strength” program.
