One of the coolest things about living in Vancouver is playing “spot the filming location” in major movies and TV shows, and it’s not uncommon to see production crews working late into the night right on campus. We’ll talk a bit about how Vancouver became synonymous with Canada’s “Hollywood North” and see some examples of when the city stands in well for whatever the script calls for, or, more entertainingly, when it completely fails to do so.
