Abstract
Project Management is THE buzz word in business and more and more in academia. But managing things in projects does not guarantee success. Success and failure depends on people and communication. For this one of the most important things is the start and the end of a project. Setting goals at the start of the project ensures that everyone is working for the same thing. Feedback during and at the end of the project will provide everyone with very important information. We will interactively explore these topics which try to reduce misunderstanding and make projects more fun.
