Picture this: you’re at the grocery store, looking for a cheap and satisfying breakfast. And there it is: an aisle more colourful and animated than you’ve ever seen before. Before you. dozens and dozens of breakfast cereals! Decades to market, minutes to eat, and seconds to prepare. I’ve been eating cereal almost daily for the better part of my 25 years, and for those of you who didn’t grow up in North America, come learn about the fad that defined my childhood nutrition (and probably many others). I’ll cover some history, weird facts, techniques and generally help you separate the good from the bad.
