| I agree with Alan that the description of the area should not follow the name of the group. Surely we should ask for someone in "networks, systems or security areas"?? But this doesn't seem like a natural-kind; e.g., there are many security people who are far afield from the topics that (I think) we may be interested in hiring in. However, I support the intent and I hope that the recruiting committee will come up with wording that will attract the sort of applicant we want (and won't turn any of them off). -- DavidPoole - 23 Jun 2011 | ||||||||
