Issue: Is there a dept-wide license for Mathematica? The Math dept seems to offer it to anyone who will bring in their laptop.

- Oct 18: Can get list of available software in /cs/local/lib/pkg on Linux and Control Panel -> Programs on Windows on staff-supported machines.
- Oct 04: Glen will email help to see if we have Mathematica and to see if there is a list of dept-wide software on the cs webpage.
- Oct 25: Glen got the information from the UBC IT website. Ernesto will add a link to that page from our wiki/software list.

- Check Conference Freeze Dates page monthly and notify tech staff of any new freezes.
- Check imager disk space list monthly for users over 25GB.
- Glen will set up Windows password for Ron for emergency situations.

- Glen will add Brad to sudo list for Linux machines. Done. Tested and not working. Hazita looking into it. Fixed as of Oct 25.

- Siggraph freeze: Nov 15-Jan 20. Update freeze list machines on Sunday before the freeze.
