• • Canadian students who apply must also apply for NSERC fellowships (see above)
• IBM fellowships: http://www.developer.ibm.com/university/scholars/fellowship/phd/ Students must be PhD students who have completed at least one year in their PhD program at the time of application.
• Microsoft Research fellowships: http://www.research.microsoft.com/aboutmsr/jobs/fellowships/default.aspx Students must be in their second or third year of a PhD program. Limit of 3 applications per department per year; applications must be made through the department head.
