> >	06/22/10 I realized I forgot to make a post yesterday, so here it is: Worked on moving over from C strings still. I managed to fix all the segmentation faults, even with the index-building step. Also fixed most of the bugs that arose from the conversion. Now, the exact aligner returns exactly the same output. The `OneMismatchMapper` doesn't quite do it, but I'm hoping the merge will take care of that. Also worked on merging the branches, which might take a bit of time. There's so many new changes!
