LICENSE FILE FOR THE GOOGLEURBAN DATASET

Google LLC is making this data file available to you for your participation in the Image Matching Challenge 2021 organized by the CVPR Image Matching Workshop (the "IMC2021 Challenge"). The data file includes 1477 images depicting street scenes containing storefronts, building facades, public transportation stops, parks, cars, pedestrians, and similar structures found in public, urban environments (the "Google Data").   Access to or use of the Google Data by you, constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Google grants you a license to use Google Data solely for the purpose of participating in the IMC2021 Challenge.  The Google Data cannot be shared with third parties. You must delete all copies of Google Data after you complete or withdraw from the IMC2021 Challenge but in any event by no later than June 26, 2021.

THE GOOGLE DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS," AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. GOOGLE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF THE GOOGLE DATA. IN NO EVENT WILL GOOGLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT YOUR USE OF THE GOOGLE DATA.

If you encounter unblurred faces or license plates, please contact image-matching@googlegroups.com for takedowns. If Google removes images from Google Data, Google will communicate this to the user group.  You will need to delete and re-download the Google Data within one week of Google's communication.
