Plan for 72 hours
The department maintains a small number of flash lights, first aid kits, and blankets on hand for emergencies. We do not store water or food in case of longer emergencies. It is recommended that building occupants make personal emergency disaster kits to last for 72 hours.

- Extra clothing
- Walking shoes
- Gloves
