We have provided a simple Eclipse plug-in, called the Relevant Elements view, to record your proposed modification plan. Please use this to capture your modification plan.
Elements in Eclipse, such as methods, classes, interfaces, or
fields, that are selected in the active editor or view can be added with
Control-F9
. To document the required addition of new
items, such as a new class or interface,
use the "Add new element" button
on the Relevant Elements toolbar.
Accidental additions may be deleted using the
Delete
key or through the item's context menu; be careful with delete as
there is currently no undo support.
To edit descriptions for elements in the view, simply double click
on the item, or select "Edit" from the item's context
menu. This dialog can be dismissed with the OK button or using
Control-Enter
, and can be resized as needed.
Please inform the investigator when you are ready to proceed to your first task.
