Conditional mean field

Abstract: I will talk about probabilistic inference in its most general
form---with as little math as possible---and discuss drawbacks of current
approaches to solving this problem. Then I will describe my new approach which
overcomes these drawbacks to some degree. This is based on some work I will be
presenting at NIPS in December.
