What is it?
The ß-Pop Pool is a food co-operative
operated by the CSGSA to provide
snacks to faculty, staff, visitors, and
graduate students of the Department of Computer
Science.
Based in the ß-Lab (CICSR 153)
and housed in a shiny black fridge, the pool dispenses pop and chocolate bars
for a nominal charge.
How does it
work?
To join the pop pool, simply affix your name and email address
to one of the blank spaces on the list on the fridge.
Every time you take an item, fill in one circle next to your name.
Approximately every six weeks, you will receive an email bill for
food consumed. There is a $5 mandatory deposit which is refunded upon your
departure. Please pay promptly upon receiving your bill to allow the pool czars
to replenish the supplies. You may pay by leaving cash or cheque with
Steph Durocher (durocher@cs.ubc.ca)
in the ß-lab or in Steph's mailbox in the main office (CICSR 201).
Please make cheques payable to Steph Durocher and ensure to include
your name with your payment.
