Resolving Conflict is an interactive session which addresses what conflict is, debunks common myths around conflict and explores different styles for approaching conflict. All participants will receive their own personal style inventory booklet to work through in the session. This document will help you identify your own conflict style and learn from hot tips for working with those different styles.
