(see my CV.)
Current
Research: In
Terry Fox Laboratory,
British Columbia Cancer
Agency (BCCA), I am
developing computational techniques for improving flow cytometry
data analysis. In particular, I am interested in investigating the
application of such tools in lymphoma diagnosis and biomarker discovery. Details are provided in my PhD thesis.
Teaching:
Discrete Mathematics 1 (MACM 101), SFU,
Spring 2008.

Software:
1-
SamSPECTRAL: I have developed and maintain this
Bioconductor package in R that is an implementation of my enhancement
to spectral clustering method. It is capable of clustering large size
data such as Flow Cytometry data.
2- FeaLect: I have developed and maintain this
R package approved by CRAN. It is an implementation of my features
scoring scheme that is useful for Feature seLection [manual].
