Beer is one of the most popular beverages in the world (3rd, in fact, after water and tea). Have you ever wondered how beer is made? Do you want to learn how you too can partake in the 7,000 year old tradition of domestic beer production (aka homebrewing)? In this UDLS, I will show you step by step how to create beer, starting from raw materials and ending in the bottle. I can’t officially say there are samples, but it is recommended that you bring a cup (cups will be available if you don’t have your own).
