Outline: Solution of Linear equation and LU factorization, Inverse of a matrix and matrix inverse lemma, Vector Spaces, Basis, dimensions and rank, Orthoganality, Fundamental subspaces of a martix, Gram-Schmidt Orthogonalization, QR factorization, Eigenvalues and eigenvectors, Singular value decomposition and spectral theorem, Positive definite matrices. I will assume that you know the basic matrix operations (e.g. addition, multiplication, inverse, determinant). Also I will not cover determinants.
