Investigate UE challenges for integrating Live Office components into MS Office.

BusinessObjects Live Office is an add-in for Microsoft Office that
allows live data from Crystal Reports to be added to an Office document.
For example, a chart of sales data can be embedded in a presentation,
and the data updated each time the presentation is given.  One of the
challenges in Live Office is that the Office user experience is quite
different from that of Crystal Reports, both in terminology and in
functionality.  In this project you will evaluate the effectiveness of
the current Live Office interface through user testing.  Does the
current interface give the user easy access to the functionality while
shielding the user from potential complexities?  Armed with usability
test results, you will then approach the design of the interface from a
fresh perspective and investigate the best way to integrate the Live
Office components into Office as a whole.
