B - Borked in New York Can the Borked visit any intersection more than once or any street more than once?

There was an error in the problem statement which has now been fixed.

The constraints are as follows:
- The Borked can visit an intersection as many times as he wants.
- The Borked cannot walk on a street more than once.
B - Borked in New York Can there be multiple streets between the same pair of streets?
