I'm currently doing PhD in the BETA, in the department of Computer Science at UBC. My research project involves predicting RNA editing and repair sites, under the supervision of Irmtraud Meyer.

I recently completed my MSc with Rachel Pottinger and Francis Ouellette. I worked on Protein Network Alignment and other Ontology Alignment using structured annotation (Domain Ontologies).
