This was a course project for Computer Animation done Christopher Batty. We implemented:

Liu Ren, Alton Patrick, Alexei Efros, Jessica Hodgins, and James Rehg, A Data-Driven Approach to Quantifying Natural Human Motion, ACM Transactions on Graphics (SIGGRAPH 2005), August, 2005.

The following models were employed: Naive Bayes, Mixture of Gaussians and Hidden Markov Model. We used only a subset of the Liu Ren's original dataset (walking motions) because the entire dataset is too large to work with in Matlab.
