I completed a MSc in computer science at UBC in June 2007, after 18 months of
entertaining courses and fruitful research. My work with my supervisor, Prof.
Kevin Murphy, focused on
Bayesian network structure learning and its applications to the exciting area
of drug/disease target discovery in systems biology.
As of 2007, I am no longer maintaining this site. It is possible the email
alias above still works, alternatively, I can be reached on LinkedIn.

- The 3D animation (and 2nd place winner) I created for CPSC314 (Graphics Theory/OpenGL) in [MS MPEG4]
and [DIVX] formats. Kindly do not mock my geometrically challenged poodles -- you too would look like an evolutionary catastrophe
if you were solely comprised of ellipsoids and cylinders.
- My Erdös number is 4: Paul Erdös -> Mike Molloy -> Russ Greiner -> Mark Schmidt -> me.
Previously it was 5: Paul Erdös -> Nathan Linial -> Zohar Yakhini -> Nir Friedman -> Kevin Murphy -> me.
- I kind of like skiing, and I'm kind of not bad at it.
- Absurdum: How to dry flowers
