What is the MUX?

Multimedia User eXperience. We are a group of HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) researchers at CS (staff, postdocs & students) who meet once a week. We use this time for students to present their research in informal sessions and solicit feedback; to discuss papers; to practice conference talks, MSc thesis presentations, and feature guest speakers.

How does it work?

Since this is a new group, we are still trying things out and figuring out to see how this will take shape.

When and where do you meet?

Our meeting time this term (Jan-April 2011) is every Wednesday from 2:00pm - 3:00pm in x836.

How do I get involved?

Come to a meeting (see details above) and/or subscribe to the mailing list. New participants are always welcome.
