I will talk about the RNA design problem in the bioinformatics seminar. I will explain the problem and give some motivation. Then I will talk about the RNA Designer, which was written by Mirela Andronescu et al. Finally I will discuss some extensions that I am doing to the algorithm like including primary structure constraints and finding the most stable sequence that folds into the desire structure.
