Title: Modelling of RNA Interactions

Abstract

Interactions between two RNA molecules in the cell are known to play a variety of important functions in the living cell. Any of the two interacting molecules can have self-interactions via RNA structure as well as base-pairs linking the two molecules, i.e. any computation program for predicting RNA-RNA interaction has to take both kinds of interactions into account. We present work in progress on a new method for modelling these interactions.
