| Abstract |
I will be presenting a relatively high-level summary of each technology, emphasizing the basic ideas behind the technology in general, and the specific differences between these particular methods. The presentation will focus mainly on the goals and outcomes of the biochemical theories, without mechanistic details, involved in the processes. I plan to follow the presentation with an open discussion regarding the computational problems arising from high-throughput sequencing and/or each specific technology.
