Here is a brand new exciting tool, RNA SSTRAND database, whose goals were to unite all known secondary structures of RNA's under one roof and provide a means to analyse this wealth of information as thoroughly as possible. In the heart of the RNA SSTRAND lies the RNA Analyser. As the name suggests, it analyses a single RNA molecule using two algorithms, a linear time parcing of the RNA molecule and the other for finding out the minimum number of base pairs to break.
