I'll just be briefly describing what I did here since I arrived. Basically, I just developed a graphical tool for analyzing RNA secondary structures using the arc depiction method. Part of this involved implementing linear time algorithms to determine the structure-classes a structure falls into. Only the better-known classes were considered, including Rivas & Eddy, Lyngso & Pedersen, Akutsu & Uemura and the recent Dirks & Pierce.
