The registration fee for PNW-CWIC 2014 is complimentary but there is a mandatory charge of $25 plus GST (5%) per registrant to cover the cost of catering during the conference.
Conference registration includes access to the program, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches and social events. Your conference lanyard must be worn at all times on Friday and Saturday.
An electronic acknowledgement of registration and a registration receipt will be sent via email after completion of online registration.
Should you decide to cancel, no refunds will be provided.
The online registration deadline is Monday, May 5, 2014 at 9 am PST.
