Download Kevin Murphy's Matlab software

The names are links to tar or zip files. Once downloaded, type 'tar xvf foo.tar' or 'unzip foo.zip' (Unix), or use WinZip (Windows), to unpack the file, where foo is the name of the toolbox. This will create a directory called foo. Each toolbox should run 'out of the box' on any platform that supports Matlab 5 or newer. (BNT has been tested with Matlab 5.2 on Windows and Matlab 5.3/6.0 on Linux.)

All software is distributed under the GNU Library GPL version 2.

BNT contains some of the Netlab library, which is also distribtuted under the GNU Library GPL.

My HMM, Kalman filter and graph theory toolboxes are now included in BNT, and are no longer available separately. (This is because it was too difficult to keep the different versions consistent.) Just download BNT and look in the directories called BNT/HMM, BNT/Kalman, and BNT/graph.
